The way we travel has changed drastically in the past decades. With couples getting married later in life, priorities have changed. By the time the honeymoon comes around, newlyweds have experienced one or more romantic getaways for two. That’s where the buddymoon comes in.  It's the Honeymoon alternative for non-traditional couples.

Here's the idea: consider forgoing a standard honeymoon and trade it in for a group trip with your partner and close friends, a.k.a. a buddymoon. On a buddymoon, married couples aren't expected to pay for the whole vacation, and can essentially decide how active they want it to be depending on the spot they choose. (Plus, there is room for alone time—nobody says you have to spend the whole trip doing group activities!)

A buddymoon is a group honeymoon! Where the couple have their best friends join them for their honeymoon/vacation = buddymoon!  Friends come along for the entire trip or only a portion, either way, it’s a completely new spin on the traditional honeymoon.  

Buddymoons have become increasingly popular, as couples enjoy sharing their favorite moments with best friends.  Think delicious group dinners with unlimited cocktails, group activities, games and competition and group tours and excursions. There's also plenty of time for some alone time.

We see a lot of our wedding couples stay at our all-inclusive resorts as newlyweds for their honeymoon and with friends already attending the wedding as a guest, stay and enjoy the amazing all-inclusive amenities, it’s a buddymoon!

For couples who’ve opted for an intimate, private ceremony alone, the invitation and friends come meet them in paradise for their honeymoon. There are no rules when it comes to buddymoons by PJ!
